Do i need to pay 1% agent commission if i dont excercise the option after 2 weeks? I know that i will 1k deposit and wat about agent commission? My agent is saying that as per the SA i signed, i am liable to pay his commission +7% GST even if i dont excercise the option. Appreciate your comments. Thanks
