Hi cuurently i am the only one working and already sold off our 5rm resale flat @ simei.we are renting a common room from friend. our total cpf is 106k and we are appealing for hdb loan which most likely allow to loan us only 90 to 100k. we are looking for 3-4rm depending on situation, as we do not have any hard cash with us. Do we have to top up any money if were to buy a 4rm or 3 rm? we are looking into flats arounf-185-230k
