Hi, currently i owned an 5-RM HDB flat (Living for 5 years +). I intended to sell my current unit and buy a resale 4-RM HDB flat. In addition, I will like to purchase an Condo for investment purpose (Rent). May I know whether am I eligible to purchase resale 4-RM flat & Condo?
