Hi,
Currently I have two agents marketing my unit. If I decided to grant exclusive to one agent, do I need to compensate the other agent? Or is it no obligation at all? Can I cancel the sellers checklist that I have include this agent nane that I am going to terminate his service?

You should examine your marketing agreement with the salesperson you have appointed to find out what is included in that arrangement.

We cannot comment here as we are unsure if you have entered into any form of agreement with your appointed salesperson so far.

You only have to pay commission to the agent that seals the sale for you and you dont have to bother about the resale checklist. Just let it expire will do.

Hi, you do not have to compensate anything to anyone as your unit is not even sold yet. Seller only pay to that particular agent who successful clinch the deal by selling it.
