Currently I am divorced, but my ex,his mother and me bought 1st time flat in sengkang now flat is 11 yrs. In divorce he wanted to keep the flat but he couldnt refinance the flat back on today market value. Now I am going to go back to court to have it sold in open market. I am now staying in parents home in yishun. I want to buy a three room flat near my parents. Can I only buy from open market and can I get a HDB loan again? My CPF without getting back previous flat money is about 50,000.
