Hi,
Buyers must purchase properties in their own name. Proxies cannot and should not be used. This will be classfified as an offence under local laws.

Do you mean that you have been appointed by the court as a deputy for a purchaser who isn't able to carry out the transaction on their own? It is possible to do so as I have helped a buyer sell away a place and purchase a HDB thereafter on behalf of the mum who was not medically fit to carry out the transaction. Read More
