Unit is available from now,its 1787sf(4rooms) with a big balcony,high floor,we are asking for 6k for one year contract can be cheaper for two years contract. the apartment is newly renovated (20k) last year march,all the white furnitures aircons washing machine all still under two year warranty,the apartment is facing the floridian condo, the major constructions are done,but still some minor ones going on,should be very quiet by one month later,we welcome all races of ppl,and ppl with pets, please reply for arranging the viewing.
