Hi, both of us are SPR and looking for a 3NG unit with 2beds 2baths around Yishun area. Prefer those already upgraded mid to high floor, if not upgraded must be on lift level. Need not necessary very close to Yishun/Khatib MRT but walkable distance, no need renovation but move in condition.
Budget is SGD$230K including COV(low) as we are cash poor and just recently got PR(abt 1yr+). Our combined income is SGD$6,500/mth and had check with banks our max housing loan is SGD$440K(verbal approval), bank do not give in-priciple letter now but said this can be done within one day for us when we are ready to purchase.
Kindly assist to lookout and email me if you have a suitable unit. I've seen a few units at BLK145, 152, 114, 121 but the COV is all out of our budget. (COV > SGD$10K is out of our list) Thanks.
