Hi Kristie,

Most of the owners in Balmoral have gotten their property (investment purpose) and are generally looking at long term. Hence their prices might be quite firm. Properties nearer to adam road would have more short term investors, hence you might see some slight fluctuations. However, I understand from some of the clients I am serving that they are waiting for price correction if any. However, there is indication for them to commit should the prices start to stabilize instead of dipping.

Hi

I agree with Dave. The mass market will be affected the most. Those at D9/10 mostly do have the holding power. Again the key factor lies in overall economy locally and globally. If the economy continue to grow, then prices may stablize. If there is double dip recession (unlikely) or something like natural calamity or Sars, then possible.
