Hi, am interested in several condo projects TOP in 2012, but many of them are sub-sales and not from developer. As a buyer, is there a difference between buying directly from developer, or from sub-sale? I heard that if there are problems with the unit or condo, a sub-sale buyer has no rights against the developer. Is this true?
