Hi all!
We are planning to buy a condo in district 05.Most of the condos along pasir panjang road are not very spacious,because we need atleast 1500 sq ft floor area.Some older condos(18 yrs) are more spacious and asking for $1.1 million.Do you think it is advisable to pay this much in this current condition?Or is it more advisable to buy a new property(higher price and less area).Should i wait for market to come down furthur?
