Hi All,
I have a 2 bedroom apartment at East Coast Park at "The Bayshore" which I am sharing with my roommate. I have the master bed room which I want to rent out for the next 3-4 months as I am not staying there anymore. My roommate would be getting married in Dec and would like to have the house to himself. Pls reply me if you would like to view.

make it neat. check with the landlord or your friend abt your situation.. negotiate and move on..

    Landlord has nothing to do with this situation, he is only concerned about the rent every month. My friend wouldn't be okay in paying the whole sum by himself until his wife moves here i.e. December.
