hi All

curious about process here : when tenants signed copies of contracts with landlord's agent, are tenants authorized to get original copies ? One friend of mine and me , we signed three copies with owner's agent at that time. But the agent refused to search and pass us original copies .

Hi, yes tenant should receive a set of original TA as well.

Agent should have prepared 2 ORIGINAL sets, signed by both parties, and 1 set to kept by each party. Read More
