Good morning,

It's possible to have 4 owners in a property purchase. You guys can opt for tenancy in common in which each person own 25% ownership.

But do take note that there might be other restrictions that might be applicable like stamp duty, cpf/ loan usage etc.

Hope my sharing aids in clearing your doubts.

Hi,

Sure its possible for private property, you can opt for tenancy-in-common to arrive at an equal 25% proportion ownership. Do note some restrictions may apply such as CPF usage. And ABSD will be based on the highest rate if there are already property ownership currently.
