hi agents i need comments from all of you.from your point of views when will resale price of hdb resale price will go up again since it is now undergoing slump period?will it recover by end of next year?i am not rushing to sell my flat now.now waiting for price to go up again then i will sell.thks for the answers.regards.

Morning,

Nobody can correctly anticipate the market movement tomorrow as global or even local rulings have its impact on the demand. If you are looking at selling at the highest point, there's never a better time since price that goes high may get higher. Understand your needs and requirements and work according to the current market movement.
