Hey everyone, hi! ;-) I am curious about Tree TOp condo - it is slated to be completed in 2014. So, on average, how much does a 3 bedroom cost? I am looking at one that's about 1500sq ft. Thanks.

I am also wondering - are condos like 'Tree Top' going to be much less expensive compared to most because there's no MRT line/ station being built there yet.. and not exactly many good schools there too.
