Help...Landlord not honouring promise. We initially agreed for the bed set in master bedroom to be left behind. However we were shocked at the mattress condition when we moved in. Renegotiated for it to be removed by a certain date which landlord agree. However on agreed due date, landlord requested for more time which we reluctantly agreed. Now the new deadline is nearing and doesn’t seem landlord is removing the bed set. What can I do?
