Hello,please advise how to solve landlord-tenant issue within 30 days declaration period? Noticed washing machine not working and crack on basin both of which landlord rejects to fix. What to do in this situation? The agent says can do nothing. Please kindly advise. This is pretty urgent so thanks for prompt assistance.

Hi Inessa, for your case, you have the right to ask for the repair of the washing machine or to replace a new one since it is within a month of the stay. And if you think that your servicing agent is not helpful, then I suggest that you deal with the landlord directly by asking for the landlord contact number.
