If you refer to the following link at https://singaporelegaladvice.com/law-articles/stamp-duty-payable-inheriting-property/, it is indicated that "Stamp duties are taxes on the purchase of a property. Generally, there is no stamp duty owed for inheriting a property in Singapore if:

It was a residential property; and
You inherited it via a valid will, the Intestate Succession Act, or the Administration of Muslim Law Act.
Otherwise, it may be considered a gift or a sale and attract the necessary stamp duties.".

Hope the above helps. You may wish to speak to a lawyer instead on this subject matter if you require further explanation on your current situation.

1) There is no inheritance tax in Singapore at the moment.
2) Thus no matter whether you inherit the private condo via a will or trust you will not incur any ABSD.
