Renting Property

Hello, I have a HDB apt at Bedok Reservior View and would like to rent it out due to oversea posting. I would like to find out if there is anyway an agent can look after the apt and respond to tenant (such as piping problems, collect rent, )thur out the rental period? And how are the charges like? Thank you.

me and my company will handle your apt and respond to your tenants problems. As for rental, how you want it to be ? by deposit to your bank account.
