1) Get you a tenant within 20 days. (Provided your unit has reasonable demand and priced correctly).

2) Achieve Maximum exposure with 24/7 Internet Marketing.

3) Video Tour of your place.

4) Non desperate agent who is very willing to walk away from the deal if the price offered by the tenants is unreasonable.

5) Work with every Co Broke agent from any agency
