Hello,
I am looking to buy a private property. Is it advisable to get my own property agent, or can I work directly with owner's agent. Would the owner's agent work look into my interest, or just owners?

Hi my name is Patrick lee, with regards to your question, of cause getting an agent to represent you is important. I should not explain on regulations as the other agent below is very helpful enough to do that. Cause as professional agent we had encounter many times how bad the deal had turn sour due to buyers dealing with listing agent. So maybe you might want to consider working with an more professional agent on how to properly percure a unit in the shortest time possible cheers!
