Hello, I am a Singaporean considering buying two 2BR when the market softens and selling my current 4BR. If I buy my first 2BR before selling the 4BR, and the second 2BR one after selling the 4BR. How much downpayment do I have to pay for the second 2BR? Are both considered second mortgages?

It should be 40%.
