Hello Guru community, my husband and I are due to relocate to Singapore, from flying on from the 1 st of Oct, need a long lease accomodation from 1 st of Nov, workwise we will be based in Changi Estate.
Budget up to 5000, we are looking for a clustered house,low rise condo/ penthouse or landed house 3-4 bedrooms, partially or unfurnished with jacuzzi inside, East Coast Districts 16-19, but would consider 14-15 or further outside into the 20's districts, perfer unobstructed view quiet areas, have no kids, so schools are not important. Greatful if you could help in terms of what is on offer and what docs are required for the viewings and letttings, timeframes etc. Kind Regards
