Morning Cecilia,

I believe you are the current new owner of the HDB unit. Under the ruling, you have to sell off your condo, within 6 months timeline.
You will need to fulfill the Minimum Occupation Period of 5 years, before you can buy another private property.
As new EC are also considered as HDB unit, you are not allowed to have both HDB and new EC, at the same time.

Do feel free to contact me for further assistance.

Dear Cecilla,

As long as you had fulfilled your MOP for your current HDB unit, you can purchase a new condon as and when.

However for a New EC,you would need to dispose off your current HDB unit when you take possession of the New EC.

Thanks.
