Greetings, I am in the mkt to buy a property and deciding the pros and cons of Freehold v/s lease hold and between 99 yr and 999 yr lease. Can you give me your advice on that.
Further can you provide following info :
1. Has any 99 yr lease property been topped up in last 10 yrs ? If so at what rate psf ?
2. Has any 999 yr lease property been topped up in last 10 yrs ? If so what rate at ?
3. Has any 999 yr property been enblocked OR torn down for redelopement in last 10 yrs ? If so was the lease topped up or was not required / done ?
