Gonna be in UK for a year , pondering whether to rent my property out in sentosa cove. what's the market price for a 6 bedroom landed property?

Hi Philips,

Since you will be away, I would advise that you consider renting out at a more attractive rate rather than compete against neighbouring units who are asking for market price, which may allow the unit to be empty for a while before getting the right tenants in. What do you think?
