Due to Covid period, I was not able to view the unit and was provided pictures of the unit. After signing the agreement and moving in, I found the house having mold growing on the walls, white appliances that smell, appliances that are not the same as what the picture showed among many other issues. What should we do in this case? Who should be held responsible? Can the TA be broken?

Hi, the moment you moved in you have the 30 days warranty period. So anything that is broken or needed repair as well as having a clean unit to be taken over from, the landlord should be fixing all this issue for you.
