Hi Maggie,

Thanks for responding and as I am unable to reply on the same thread, I am replying here. There were 2 transactions within this cluster that is within my data, $725,000 back in July 2021 and another at $720,000 in March 2022. Factoring in the hype in the HDB resale market, to price the unit at $750,000 before negotiation seems quite reasonable.
