Diplomatic clause
I understand the clause protect non citizen from continuing to be bound by their lease if they losing their job or get transferred by their company to overseas. Typically it is 12+2 months. and this clause is to protect expatriate,
But what about PR? If I am renting out to a PRC permanent resident who intended to only work here for a year but sign a 2 years lease with me and after a year find a job in China , can they invoke the Diplomatic clause? Am I not protected? Would appreciate advise from guru here.
