Dear PropertyGuru

Recently received a warning letter from the MCST regarding my tenant misusing the common area. It is an industrial property.

Would appreciate advice as to what actions I can take against the errant tenant. Also, can I get my agent to talk to the tenant 1st in regularizing the dis-amenities?
