Dear Gurus,
I want to buy a Free Hold condo in Seletaris in Yishun. As me and my wife are in our fifties, we want to buy a low floor unit. But we are concerned about Maintenance Fee. Is there a rule that the higher your unit, you pay more mainteance fee than those staying in the lower unit? What is the maintence fee in Seletaris roughly?

Hi Steven,

There's no rule that has higher floor units pay more maintenance fee.
The maintenance fee consist of the conservation fee. A 2 bedder has to probably pay 2 share. While a 3 bedder has to pay 2 share. 1 share cost around $30-40 at least.
And you have to add the sinking fund which is adds up to $200 plus.
