Dear Gurus,
I have 2 properties held under joint in tenancy with my husband. Our 2nd property was purchased during the beginning of cooling measures and was exempted from ABSD (at that time married SG couple can have 2 properties exempted from ABSD). Fast forward now, if I buy a 3rd property now, I will be expecting 10% ABSD. If I sell off my original second property, within 6 months of my 3rd property purchase, will I get refund of the 10% ABSD that I have paid?
