Dear Gurus,
I got a question:
I have place a security deposit for rental and sign the LOI, but i have 2nd thoughts after that. I understand that the deposit is hard to get it back, but my agent got every single amount back for me. Should I reimbursed his agent service fee?

Hi Smith,

I feel that your agent had done a very good job.

You may like to share the refunded deposit with you agent as usually no Landlord will refund you the deposit.
