Dear Gurus,
I am single, and live small (think Tiny Home).
Would I be able to install a portable steam shower cubicle in my Common Room? If not, at least a shower cubicle?
Advised to set up a small kitchen nook in my common room? I don't cook much, very light cooking. I've a ceramic multi-cooker stove and a toaster oven, a rice-cooker, a electric jug, a bar fridge, and would need a small sink, and about 2m Cabinet (1 up and 1 down means, need only 1m length) and about 1m counter space.
I plan to rent out the rest of the house, including the kitchen. The kitchen's toilet/shower will be shared use.
I'm looking to buy a 4-room house. I stay in Common Room, and partition part of my Living Room for my use. The rest of the 2 rooms, including MBR, I intend for tenants to use.
I am eyeing one house that allows me to cut up the space such.
