With 11 family members, you can try to settle down in 2 HDB 4 / 5 / EA /EM unit. This would depend on your current family financial status and what are the plans that you have up ahead.
As for the bankruptcy, you can either seek the OA's approval for the purchase or simply put him as an occupier to the unit.
All family have their financial issues. Keeping behind closed doors brings you nowhere but sink deeper. Open up so that help can come your way, in one means of another.

Hi Han,

The best bet is to sell off your loyang view unit and buy 2 HDB flats (at least 4rm flat each) to accomodate all family members.

Of course you need to work out the sums carefully so that you will not run into financial issue.

For the family member who is a bankrupt, it is best to check with the OA regarding his involvement in the HDB purchase. I believe there is a way out for all problems.

It is better to take the initiative and make things happen rather than sit down there doing nothing and wait for miracle to happen.
