Hi,

An irrevocable POA means that the powers granted to the donee cannot be revoked.

As for the rights of the property, it will depend on the contents of the POA, when it was intially drafted. If you have a certain needs or ideas, you could consult a legal firm to get the POA sorted out in accordance to your needs.
