Months back I just ended my contract with my previous landlord, we found out he is actually the agent as well. After we moved out, he refused to return us even a cent of deposit by using lots of lies and stupid excuses.
Days ago, I was browsing through the web site and happen to see his post again, and he purposely post a different address but its exactly the same house cuz we can tell from the photo. Eg, the unit is actually located at BLK 825 but in his listing he put it as BLK 824. Which really makes people feel suspicious. and today I am trying to see if the posting is still there, he had removed his posting.
Ok, here's my question
1. Can a agent rent out his own house and be his own agent at the same time?
2. Is there any website for tenants who were cheated b4 to post those Black listed agents?
