Dear Guru,
My background is the Finance and Accounting person for more than 10 years. I have no real estate background. I just completed my RES course and plan to get Real Estate Salesperson licence and run it on part time basis first (To test water on suitability).
Some commercial employer do not allowed staff to do part time basis. I am currently looking for fulltime job. Could you please be so kind to share with me that where else in real estate market world (eg: REIT? Trust C0? or Real Estate Agency? ) or commercial company allowed staff to do FULL-TIME job and at the same time also allowed staff to do PART-TIME real estate job?

I just feel unsecure with zero income to enter directly into Real Estate Salesperson role; as I am not a sales person in nature but I am willing to adapt this round if given an opportunity. I still need a full time job for monthly commitment.

Hope you can provide me with some source of reference so that I can plan my next step. This Covid19 change many people’s life, indeed….
