Dear Guru,

I'm a foreigner. I'm considering buying a unit at Atrium Residences (Lorong 28 Geylang). This property is classified on URA website as Type = Apartment (i.e. not classified as Condominium), Type of Area = Strata. The building have 8 floors.

Am I allowed to purchase a unit there without approval?
