Hi Jeyaraj,
There is no tax on sale of HDB flat/COV. You would have received max 5000 deposit, and the balance money will be paid on 2nd appt day. Any qurey fell free to call me 9023 8172  .

    Thank you very much. I am waiting to sell my private property as well , as such I am looking for a place to rent in Jurong West . My budget is $2500 for a 2+1 Condo unit or $2000 for a 4rm HDB Flat . I intend to move in on the 1st Week of July on a 1 yr lease at least
