The S&P process needs careful and confident planning in financial, timeline and checklist especially HDB, CPF, bank and lawyer etc.

Recently my client 'suddenly' bought a dream condo while 'holding on' to a HDB flat. They needed the extra 'funds' for the condo. Hence,

after a series of planning, discussion and deliberation, they finally decided to sell their HDB unit. Engage an agent if you expect a

Evening,

You need to work out on your preferred plan. The timeline and steps to be take for selling is the same. But have a great difference and impact, when compare to purchase of resale and new unit. Current estimated value is around $320k with COV of about $35k to $55k.

Hi Tan,

Perhaps you may wish to look at selling price of $400k thereabout with the description of your unit. As for when you should start looking for unit, i'd advise you to start looking now concurrently with selling. The timing is very important for sales and purchase process otherwise you may end up with no accomodation,as what Eric has mentioned.
