I have a 3I in block 164 Stirling Road that on the top floor that I would like to sell, fulfilled MOP, and was fully renovated (piping, wires changed, everything else new when I bought it)
I am wondering abt the current estimated valuation, COV.
I am also looking for a replacement unit, should I start looking now, or only after my current unit is sold? Can i purchase a new resale HDB, renovate it and move in before selling my current one?
