I am helping my buyer to look for one "fengshui" unit in the East Area (Tampines 1st Choice),4 room and above...Description as below;
On the left hand side of the house
-Kitchen, Kitchen toilet and M.Bedroom toilet
On the right hand side of the house
-All Bed room
Main door facing South West
If you happen to have such unit, do let me know and give me a call at any time.. COV is not really a problem..
