Dear all,
I don't need much of a kitchen, and hope to rent out my MBR. Is it possible to build a living alcove in my kitchen instead, as I still want a room attached to the toilet/shower. I've a 3-room HDB. I don't like how the Common Room windows face the corridor. I know rental of the MBR would have a higher yield of at least $200. That's quite a difference.
