Dear all Expert. i got 2 questions. Please give a respond. :)

Q1. my sister's holding 1 pr. so she just can buy condominium, right? because our father's is counted as foreigner, and i'm still a student. Or she can buy other properties like apartment or HDB??

Q2. Is it posible to get a condominium the 2 BR with the range price around 500k? in mayspring, regent height, guilin view, or is there any other condo with the price range of 500k++? i dont mind about the floor, the low-floor is ok.

hi Johanna, answer to your Q1) your sister is PR, she can buy condo. However, if she want to buy HDB, she must have another sibling who is also a PR.
answer to Q2. I had 2 units of 2bedrooms at this Mayspring 500K++++.
