Currently I am holding a HDB house 4A at high floor in tampines st 34. willing to buy condominium around this area. Impressed with Savannah condo. 1240 sq.ft asking for 950k negotiable. Is this price worth for? Is savannah a good investment? Will the price drop soon?

I will send you past transacted data as well as comparison with other condos nearby like sunhaven and changi rise. You can understand the pricing sentiment from there. Together with comparisons with the other condo, you can decide if its a worthwhile investment.

What is your intend of use for the condo - purely rental only ?
