Currently based overseas.
Have a 3Room unit of around 1200ft. Probably S$1M. Not sure if it is ok given the current economic condition. Thinking of selling off before summer vacation ends. Any agents who works in the area can help me?

The last transacted for a size of around 1200 sq. ft. alraedy at $1.10M. You should get a bank valuation to find out your condo worth? Then price it to sell.
