Hi Maggie,

It depends on the unit size and share value of the unit. Typically the bigger the size the higher the maintenance fee. Approximate range to expect is 350 - 700 per month.

My EC was not ready for sale due to MOP (another 3 months from Jan) at that time and Ivan was able to give me advices on how to proceed from there. Initially we have decided to try to write to HDB for early sale but since it was only 3 months left, eventually we waited for another 3 months while we looked for our next property. Maintenance fees will differ between the different units of different size, based on the allotted share values to each unit. Do check out with the listing agents to find out on the maintenance fees.
