Hi Alan,

Decision to sell or rent very much depends on what your long term plans are. Looking at it this way, should you decide to rent out now, you'll have the luxury to take your time to decide if you should sell, of course, subjected to the tenancy agreement with prospective tenants.

Decision to sell really depends on what are your long term plans as with the latest measures, you will be required to dispose all private properties within 6 months should you purchase a HDB in future.

Rental and value of selling depends on your location, condition and also age of your unit. Please provide more details of your unit should you require more information about the selling or rental value for your unit.
