Hi,

It depend on the type of property you purchase.

If you are purchasing a private property, then yes, you can use the valuation from the bank that you took the loan from.

However, if you're purchasing a HDB flat, then you will have to submit a valuation request via HDB resale portal. Bank private valuation will not be accepted.
